If you’re an existing customer and need a little help with managing your account, then we can help.
Find out how to make changes and review your plans for:
Log in to your share dealing account and fill in the change of address form.
Your address will update within 10 working days and we’ll email you to confirm the change.
If you’ve updated your email address in the last 12 months, we’ll send an email to both your old and new email addresses.
Log in to your share dealing account and select Account Management in the right-hand menu.
Select Change Debit Card or Change Bank Account.
To update your billing address, select Change Debit Card.
Log in to your account and select Fund & Withdraw from Account Management from the right-hand navigation.
Select Transfer money in from your chosen account.
Add the amount you wish to deposit and select Continue.
To change the payment account, select Change Debit Card.
Log in to your account and select Fund & Withdraw from Account Management in the right-hand navigation.
Select ‘Withdraw money out to’ to withdraw money to your chosen account.
Add the amount you want to withdraw and select Continue.
You can only withdraw money to your bank that shows as Available to withdraw.
To withdraw money from a recent sale your trade will need to be settled. The settlement date is on your trade confirmation.
Log in to your account and select Dealing from the right hand navigation.
Select the type of investment and Buy or Sell and enter the company name or ticker.
Choose the number or value of stock and select Continue.
