Before you learn more about transferring your pensions online, we need to confirm that you’re:
- Under the age of 75
- Living in the UK
- Moving the whole value of any pensions
- Not taking an income from any pensions you’re transferring. You also haven’t taken a tax-free lump sum from them.
- Moving a pension that’s with a UK provider.

If you are intending to access your pension benefits soon after transferring, we’ll ask if you’ve had financial advice or Pension Wise guidance, or if you would like some before proceeding with your transfer.
