Simply log in or register to get started.

Once logged in, select 'Transfer a pension to us'.

Log in or register If you have a Scottish Widows workplace pension, you can start your transfer online.

You can transfer into your workplace pension by logging in to the Scottish Widows app.

Don't have the app? You can download it then either log in or register.

Once logged in:

  1. tap your pension account
  2. in the pop-up, tap 'Transfer in'

If you have a Retirement Account personal pension, you should request a transfer using our online form.
