How to apply

If you’re ready to apply for cover or want to discuss your protection needs in more detail, you should speak to a financial adviser.

If you’re taking out a Scottish Widows life insurance policy you have to be a UK resident, aged between 18 and 79 for life cover and 18 and 64 for critical illness cover.

For advice about your protection needs you can speak to Cavendish Online, or your own financial adviser if you have one. You can also find an adviser in your area.

Important information

Life insurance policies have no cash-in value at any time. If you don’t pay your premiums on time your cover will stop, your policy will end and you’ll get nothing back. If the sum assured has not been paid out by the end of the selected term, the policy will end and you’ll get nothing back.
