Paper-free Statements and Correspondence

These paper-free statements and correspondence terms apply to products you access online.

1. Once you’ve registered online (through, the app, or Internet Banking), and choose to go paper-free,  we may send information about the products you access there digitally rather than by post. If you want to keep receiving it by post, you can tell us. Not all information we send can be posted, though. 

2. Any information we send digitally will be sent to your Secure Inbox in a format you can download and store (i.e., PDF, HTML or a similar format). Statements and correspondence contain important and personal information, so we encourage you to keep a copy of them in a way that allows you to refer to them again in the future.

3. We may still send you some or all of the information relating to your products on paper. For example, we may not be able to provide all of your statements or correspondence digitally and it may not always be appropriate for us to do so.
