Proposal to make a change to the Scottish Widows managed growth funds
The results of the Extraordinary General Meetings which took place on 29th August 2019, between 10am and 10.30am, at Scottish Widows, Port Hamilton, 69 Morrison Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8YF.
The proposals were to merge the existing Managed Growth Funds (MGFs) in the Investment Portfolio Investment Company with Variable Capital (ICVC) into new corresponding MGFs within the Scottish Widows Investment Solutions Funds ICVC.
