Proposal to merge seven solution funds into the investment portfolio ICVC and change of management


The results of the Extraordinary General Meetings which took place on 29th August 2019, between 10:45am and 12.15pm, at Scottish Widows, Port Hamilton, 69 Morrison Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8YF.

The proposals were to merge the existing seven Solution funds in the Scottish Widows Investment Solutions Funds Investment Company with Variable Capital (ICVC) into new corresponding Solution funds within the Investment Portfolio ICVC.
