Download the Savings Account Direct Debit form (PDF, 61KB) to provide new instructions for your account.
To comply with Money Laundering Regulations, an original bank statement or cancelled cheque relating to your new Direct Debit details is required to verify your identity. Please enclose either of these documents with your completed Diret Debit. We will return your original bank statement or cancelled cheque.
