Help with registering or logging into client services online
To register online you’ll need:
- your last name
- your email address
- your plan (or policy) number
- You can find your plan (or policy) number on your Annual Benefit Statement or on any letters from us.
- your National Insurance Number
- your date of birth.
If you’re struggling to log in or register, please check that:

Not all of our policies have online log ins. Which means you can only manage some over the phone. You can’t log in or register online if you have a policy that:
- has more than 8 numbers or letters in the plan (or policy) number
- was set up before 1999
- is assigned to or managed by trustees
- was set up for a child under the age of 18
- is affected by a Power of Attorney.

For example, you might be trying to log in with your personal email address, but you initially registered with a different one.
We can change it for you if you fill in our online form.

You can log into most of our services 24 hours a day. But from Monday to Saturday, you won’t be able to log in between 10pm and 10.30pm. On Sundays you’ll be able to log in from 8am to 6pm.
If you have an OEIC, ISAs or Bonds, the times are different. From Monday to Friday you can only log in to these services from 8am to 8pm. And on Saturdays you can log in from 8am to 1pm.
