We’re committed to providing digital content and services that are accessible for all our customers.

The Scottish Widows website is designed, where possible, to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, which are produced by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the web's governing body. These have been developed with the aim of providing a single international standard.

We aim to make our website compatible with assistive technology so that our content is available to everyone. This technology includes screen readers and tools that magnify the screen. For advice on individual adjustments you can make to your computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone to make it easier to use, we recommend you visit AbilityNet’s My Computer My Way website, which provides lots of useful information.

Some of our older content and tools aren’t as accessible as we’d like them to be and we’re working on this.

We’re happy to give you any extra support that would help make things easier for you. Please get in touch to let us know how we can help. You may also find our Coronavirus page useful.
