To change any details of your pension we’ll send you a form to complete. You may change:
- The amount of your pension income
- Payment date
- Payment frequency
- Bank details.
Please be aware any of the above changes will usually take up to 10 working days to complete. If you change your bank details, for security, we’ll need to verify those.
Once the changes have been made, you will see them in your online account.
