Assessment of Value Report 2019

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has asked all UK Fund Managers to complete an annual review of each of the funds they manage to assess the overall value delivered to customers.

Our Assessment of Value Report can be viewed in the link below and our overall conclusion is that we provide good value to customers invested in our funds.

However, it’s important to us that we continually challenge ourselves to identify areas where we could improve value for customers. That’s why we’re taking action and introducing the changes below.

Our changes

We are taking action and introducing the following changes:

  • Lowering the charges on our older share classes
  • Simplifying the pricing structure across all funds and halving the cost of registration fees
  • Transferring the management of the majority of our active funds to a new asset manager
  • Improving the service we deliver and giving our customers new ways to manage their investments online.
