We know that Automatic Enrolment can be complex, so we aim to help make it as straight forward as possible. We can provide you with support in communicating to your employees. That way you can be sure they know what to expect and exactly what auto enrolment means for them. We can support you with this in two ways:
Access to mandatory communications templates
We have templates of the letters you need to issue to your employees as part of your employer duties. Written in clear language these templates also provide employees with additional information about what auto-enrolment means for them.
Postponement notice - Postponement allows employers to delay assessment and enrolment of jobholders for up to three months. This notice is for any worker, irrespective of worker category, informing them that auto enrolment has been postponed.
Assessment letter - Sample enrolment letter for employees aged between 22 and state pension age and earning above £10,000pa who will be enrolled automatically.
Assessment letter - Sample letter for employees aged between 16-74, earning £6,136pa or below, who do not need to be auto enrolled but have the right to join.

The best employee auto enrolment experiences occur when employees are fully engaged. As well as mandatory letters, we provide a suite of material you can use to communicate the upcoming changes to your workforce, including email templates, posters, and short videos explaining the basics of auto enrolment.
Poster '2 minutes on the advantages' - to raise awareness of the benefits with employees to encourage them to stay enrolled
Poster 'learn to love tax' - further collateral to raise awareness of the benefits with employees to encourage them to stay enrolled
