Automatic Enrolment - employee communications
We know that Automatic Enrolment can be complex, so we aim to help make it as straight forward as possible. We can provide you with support in communicating to your employees. That way you can be sure they know what to expect and exactly what auto enrolment means for them. We can support you with this in two ways:
Access to mandatory communications templates
We have templates of the letters you need to issue to your employees as part of your employer duties. Written in clear language these templates also provide employees with additional information about what auto-enrolment means for them.
Postponement notice - Postponement allows employers to delay assessment and enrolment of jobholders for up to three months. This notice is for any worker, irrespective of worker category, informing them that auto enrolment has been postponed.
Assessment letter - Sample enrolment letter for employees aged between 22 and state pension age and earning above £10,000pa who will be enrolled automatically.
Assessment letter - Sample letter for employees aged between 16–74, earning £6,032pa or below, who do not need to be auto enrolled but have the right to join.
Assessment letter - Sample letter for employees aged between 16–21 or state pension age and 74, earning above £10,000pa or aged between 16–74 earning above £6,032, up to and including £10,000pa who are not eligible to be enrolled but have the right to join and if they do the employer must contribute.
Assessment letter - Sample letter for employees aged between 22 and state pension age, earning over £10,000pa who will be enrolled automatically but contributions will be made using salary exchange.
