Scheduled & Bulk Quotes
You have the flexibility to choose from one of three options when requesting quotations:
* Scheduled Quotes
* Bulk Quotes
* Personalised Quotes
Scheduled Quotes
An excel spreadsheet which lists all the quotations. This contains:
* Overall summary of the projected benefits of all employees
* Specific details on each member covering the member's personal details, projection of benefits and commission.
This allows you to see at a glance the projected benefits for each member, without having to plough through lots of individual quotations and supporting literature. There is no maximum or minimum number of employees for which a Scheduled Quote can be produced.
Bulk Quotes
This option allows you to request two full illustrations for each employee. These will be issued to you along with a copy the Key Features and With Profit Guide or Decision Tree (depending upon the contract). This enables you to show the actual projected benefits to the employees in full quotation format, without getting the full range of literature for each member.
Personalised Quotation Pack
In the circumstances where the Scheduled or Bulk Quotes options do not meet your needs you can request a Personalised Quotation Pack for each employee. Where a full quotation pack is requested then the full new member enrolment pack will be issued.
