For Scottish Widows Bank Customers
You can access your account information with our Internet Banking service. This service is available to customers who have mortgage accounts with Scottish Widows Bank, or the following savings accounts opened after November 2006:

Log-in
The first time you log-in to Internet Banking, you need to enter your Customer ID and Password (you'll be sent your Customer ID and Password separately by post to your home address). After entering this information, you'll then be prompted to change your Password and to create a five digit PIN Number.
