- Access is normally 24 hours Monday to Saturday, with a ½ hour outage at 10pm and 8am to 6pm on Sundays. However Protection for Life, Retirement Account, OEICs, ISAs and some Bonds are 8am to 8pm weekdays and 8am to 1pm Saturdays. The system may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance.

Access your individual information. You will need your customer ID, PIN and date of birth to access your account. Please note: online accounts are for current policy holders only.

For Scottish Widows Bank Customers
You can access your account information with our Internet Banking service.
Log-in
The first time you log-in to Internet Banking, you need to enter your Customer ID and Password (you’ll be sent your Customer ID and Password separately by post to your home address). After entering this information, you’ll then be prompted to change your Password and to create a five digit PIN Number.
Register
If you do not already have a Customer ID and PIN you will have to register to use this service. To register please call 0845 845 0829. Open 8am until 6pm weekdays (from 10am Wednesdays).
Employers & scheme administrators
You will need your Customer ID and PIN to access your scheme details.
