Online Illustration
Before proceeding you should ensure that your client has been provided with a copy of our Key Features and if the sale is not face to face our Policy Provisions.
How can Illustrations help me?
- Create an online illustration to view and/or print. You can then apply immediately or go back and change any details as you wish.
- You can store your client's illustration for 90 days and access or amend it during that time.
- Should you choose to apply immediately, previously entered details will be carried over to the application.
- Scheme defaults are automatically picked up when adding new employees

- Recall previous group illustrations
- Print previous illustrations locally to your printer
Is your client eligible?
To be eligible for this plan your client must meet one of the following conditions:
- My client is resident in the United Kingdom.
or
- My client does not reside in the United Kingdom but is a Crown Servant, or the husband, wife or registered civil partner of a Crown Servant who has general earnings from overseas Crown employment.
or
- My client is not a United Kingdom resident, but has earnings which are chargeable to United Kingdom income tax.

Who can't apply?
While there are no restrictions on the Illustrations which can be produced, certain applications cannot currently be processed online.
We are sorry but online applications are currently unavailable for the following:
- Where eligibility criteria 2 or 3 (above) apply, you will have to complete and return a Standard Application Form (PDF 119k)
- If the applicant is a minor you will have to complete and return a Minor Application Form pdf (80k). A minor is anyone under 16 years of age, or 18 years of age and not in employment.
- Transfer Payments cannot be processed online and require you to complete a Transfer Payment Application Form (PDF 110k).
