What does the new online mortgage service offer?
Our new online mortgage service lets you submit mortgage business online, meaning you can get instant decisions on Decisions in Principle and Full Applications.
Once registered, you’ll be able to:
What type of mortgage business can I submit online?
- New Professional or Flexible applications (including existing Scottish Widows Bank customers who are not porting or applying for a further advance)
- Mortgages for up to £500,000
- Mortgages without guarantors.
If you’d like to submit a mortgage that is not within the above categories, you can still:
- Apply by calling 0845 845 0110, option three, or
- Apply by post - you can download our application forms from our literature library.
Registering is easy
1. Download the intermediary registration form
2. Print and complete the form
3. Please post the completed registration form to us along with the requested supporting documentation
and send it to:

4. Our Commission Department will then e-mail you with your agency number, and for mortgage business we’ll
post your login details to you for our online mortgage service.
