Our online mortgage service lets you provide your client with comprehensive mortgage illustrations for our Professional Mortgage and Flexible Mortgage products.
Please note that a Key Facts Illustration is for illustrative purposes only.
Before you begin, the types of mortgage applications that you can submit online are:
- Flexible Mortgage and Professional Mortgage applications
- New customer applications (i.e. not existing Scottish Widows Bank customers)
- Mortgages up to £500,000
- Mortgages where no guarantors are required.
If you’d like a Key Facts Illustration that is not within the above categories, call us on 0845 845 0110, option three.
You’ll then need the following information to create an illustration for your client:
- Mortgage Purpose
- Estimated value of the property (or purchase price, if lower)
- Borrowing amount (including Mortgage Reserve amount, if required)
- Term (years and months)
- Applicant information – full name, title and date of birth
- Whether the clients are looking to use our switching package (remortgage only)
- Profession/occupation (to apply for a Professional Mortgage, your client must be practicing and fully qualified)
- Governing body (if applying for Professional mortgage).
