- The tariff of charges and terms and conditions is subject to revision
- Any variations will be advised to your clients in writing no less than 30 days prior to implementation

Home buyers survey
- Separate terms and conditions need to be completed before the survey starts
- Survey needs to be carried out at the same time as the standard mortgage valuation
- Additional costs must be negotiated
Standard mortgage valuation report
- The standard mortgage valuation report is to assist us to determine whether a mortgage advance will be made
- The report is not a structural survey and so should not be relied upon ion the decision to purchase the property
- We do not accept any responsibility for the contents of this report even if the valuer has been at fault
We recommend that your clients obtain their own detailed report on the condition and value of the property.
