The workshop considers the benefits of consultative selling, looks at the key skills that underpin a consultative sales process and focuses on techniques and approaches to successfully build trust and confidence with clients and in doing so increase sales. Those areas include

- Positioning your value proposition with existing and new clients
- Truly understanding a client’s needs to identify potential business opportunities
