Before downloading an application form for a Policy Loan, please take the following steps:
- Please call us on 0845 845 0829 to find out the current surrender value of your policy.
- Select the amount you want to borrow and complete the application form and return to us.
- Please ensure you complete and send in the Direct Debit mandate.
- Enclose your original policy document and any original legal documents relating to previous assignments and re-assignments against this policy. Please note that we must hold all previous assignments and re-assignments against the policy as they are part of the legal title to the policy. Therefore we need to have these in our hands before we can make any funds available to you.
- If the Bank details completed on the application form differ from those of the account you pay your policy premiums from then we will require you to send us your most recent original bank statement as confirmation of your details. This is the account funds will be credited to.
