The scheme is open to all Lloyds TSB Group staff in the UK and here’s how it works.

The Matched Giving Scheme supports UK based staff employed by Lloyds TSB, C&G, Scottish Widows or any other Group subsidiary who are either raising money for, or giving their time to, UK recognised charities. It’s run by the Lloyds TSB Foundations and each year they set a budget for the scheme. In 2004, approximately £1.3 million will be available for staff to claim.

Within the sum allocated to the Matched Giving Scheme, the Lloyds TSB Foundation will match every pound you raise, or £5 for every hour you give, up to a maximum of £400 per person, per calendar year, providing the charity meets the Foundations’ grant-making guidelines.

Scottish Widows are an Equal opportunities employer.

There may be variations to the benefits outlined above dependant on your role, the band/grade or area of the business you work in. In all cases you will be advised of the benefits which apply to your particular role during the recruitment process.

Certain eligibility conditions may apply to the benefits shown above.
