Before inviting candidates in to attend our full selection process it is only fair to ensure that we follow a thorough screening process. So, on the strength of the information in your CV and your answers to the questions we pose, you may be asked to attend an initial fact find interview.
The remainder of the recruitment process includes a generic product knowledge assessment, technology test, and finally a competence based interview incorporating situational questions. The length of the process varies depending on diaries however we hope to have the full process completed in a few weeks, and have new starters join our training programme as soon as possible.
