What skills/experience will you need to apply?:

  • Customer Services Experience essential
  • Financial Services experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Meeting targets for accuracy, quality, volume and agreed service levels
  • Experience of using computers
  • Telephony experience

  • Ability to put our customers first and treat them how you would want to be treated
  • Be able to adapt to customers circumstances and help resolve their problems
