What does the salary and bonus scheme look like?

Our full time staff can earn from £14,712 pa plus bonuses, based on a working week of 37.5 hours. Your bonus opportunity is linked to the number of different types of call you can deal with. So how does it work?

Trainee

  • Starting salary of min £14,712 per year
  • Benefits package
  • Bonus potential to increase salary to £15,452 per year
  • Support through initial classroom training, the Academy, then regular coaching

Partly Trained (able to take 1 call type)

  • Basic salary of min £14,712 per year
  • Benefits package
  • Bonus potential to increase salary to £17,717 per year
  • Support through regular call coaching and classroom training

Fully trained (able to take 2 or more different call types)

  • Basic salary of min £14,712 per year
  • Benefits package
  • Bonus potential to increase salary to £22,700 per year
  • Support through regular call coaching

Part time staff have equal access to the bonus opportunity and will be calculated according to the number of hours you work. Bonuses are paid monthly and when high standards of quality, communication skills, productivity and behaviour have been attained for 2 consecutive months. Our bonus scheme is only part of our excellent rewards package. It is subject to change, non-contractual and is currently under review. Training is delivered in line with customer demand and so is not delivered to set timescales.
