In both mortgage sales and customer service roles, you’ll have excellent customer service skills, gained in financial services or a customer facing environment. You’ll have the drive to provide the highest level of customer service, thrive on challenges and be a team player. But most importantly you'll enjoy talking to customers over the telephone.

In these roles across a number of our team groups, you'll perform a wide range of tasks, all with varying degrees of complexity. From simple requests from customers, Intermediaries and Introducers to more complicated requests requiring a more detailed response, your aim is to provide the very highest standard of service.

Our customers contact us by phone and by post so you'll relish the challenge of balancing calls with administration. So, you'll require impressive written and oral communication abilities allied to a great attention to detail.

Providing our customers with an excellent level of service is something we all strive for. From our initial discussions through to the ongoing servicing of their accounts.

We believe that if we listen to our customer needs and tell them about relevant products we have that could meet these needs, we have a great chance of securing their business.

In our Mortgage Sales Team you will answer incoming calls, every call we receive is a warm lead. You’ll handle calls from a simple request for information to a lending proposal that will require in-depth consideration. There is no cold calling which means that the calls you receive are from customers who have already shown an interest in what we have to offer – remember they have contacted us!

Looking forward – we are keen to develop you through ongoing training. There will be the potential for you to move into a more senior role once you have had the opportunity to demonstrate a successful track record.
