Paula joined Scottish Widows in June 1997. After 18 months working in product marketing, Paula joined the Press Office in 1999, and has managed the team since 2002. Previously, Paula spent over five years at Origo Services, a company facilitating the implementation of electronic trading in the life and pensions industry. As well as overseeing all Scottish Widows media relations activity, Paula ensures that the Executive team and Lloyds TSB Group are kept up-to-date with all relevant media activity. Paula also deals extensively with the Protection Marketing Unit and Brand issues.

Susan joined the Press Office in October 2001. Before working at Scottish Widows, Susan worked for an Edinburgh-based PR agency - with clients including RBS, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Loch Lomond Golf Tournament. Previously she was with Franklin Templeton Investment. Susan has a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Economics from Strathclyde University Business School. She works predominantly within pensions, both individual and corporate - as well as maintaining press relations for Abbey Life, and promoting industry links with other life and pension company press offices through the Association of British Insurers (ABI).

Paul joined the Press Office in May 2006. Before joining Scottish Widows, Paul worked in Corporate Affairs at Network Rail. Paul has a BA (Hons) in Communication from Napier University in Edinburgh. He works predominantly with Scottish Widows Bank, covering a range of mortgages and deposit accounts. Paul also provides press support on a number of corporate issues and sponsorship initiatives.
